Originally, I wasnt going to post here, because I noticed that many of the questions simply dont get responses.

Before the competition, when do you stop taking creatine products, as a part of the dehydration process?

Personally, I'd say your instincts not to post here were good. Only way I have seen a question answered in months is by flaming Shaun. And not only did he tear down the flame, but he pretty much ignored the question in his answer. There are much more lively and useful forums out there. "Ask Shaun Anything" isn't one of them. He never answers. Given that my flame was up for nearly a month, I'd say he reads this less than you and I do.

Sorry guys. You are right I am not on here much. And for that I appologize. I have been using facebook a lot to answer questions, network and promote the IDFA. If you are ever on facebook search for me under Shaun Campbell or IDFA.

When it comes to creatine I have experimented with cutting it out a couple weeks prior to competition and with loading it on the final week. I did not notice much of a difference. To play it safe I would cut the creatine a couple weeks prior just in case you tend to hold water.
